INSPECTION VISITS
Here at Costa Blanca Estates our inspection visits are tailor made for to suit your individual requirements. There will be no group viewings, all viewings are done on a one to one basis with your personal requirements our main priority.
 All we ask is that you to arrange and book your own flights. A representative from Costa Blanca Estates will collect you from the airport and at our expense, we will accommodate you for three nights in a hotel. At the end of your inspection visit we will then return you to the airport for your homeward journey.
During your time with us we will show you any properties within your budget and specifications, introduce you to the local area and meet with developers and builders if necessary. When you have made your choice of property, we will introduce you to independent solicitors and banks to deal with any mortgage requirements/financial transactions. We will also help you with your N.I.E number application which is a Spanish document required for the purchase of property, cars, etc.
Our only condition is that you are in a position to proceed with a purchase.
On completion of your purchase with us, we will reimburse your air fare up to 300 pounds for a couple.
